Compared with the traditional VNC technology, Easy Access accepts multiple users log into one HMI simultaneously. The communication doesn’t need to be synchronous, and the administrator doesn’t need to stay at the same screen with the HMI. Easy Access can control any object with tag address on the screen. Next time you can invite your customers to log in with you and show your demo to them in real time.

Before starting the remote control service, Easy Access will pre-download the project into the local computer. So  you won’t see the software keep updating the graphic images all the time. (VNC system has to update the image continuously no matter you change the setting or not.) So there will be no delay for you to operate your HMIs via Easy Access. The system will update the data only when the value in the tag address is change. Absolutely, It will also dramatically reduce the bandwidth requiremenn. VNC system can only work on static IP address, but the user just need to set up the router and keep some communication ports open for Easy Access before using Easy Access.
